Hourly
$275 hourly rate, 2-hour minimum ($550 minimum)
Divided equally by the parties. Can be scheduled as a single session or split across multiple sessions.

Half-Day Mediation
$1,100 TOTAL :: $550 PER PERSON
A half-day is a four-hour mediation session, billed at a flat $275/hour.
Morning or Afternoon:
9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm
Minimum of 4 hours
Price: $1,100.00 total. All hours after 4 hours are billed at $275 per hour and divided equally by the parties.

Full-Day Mediation
$2,200 TOTAL :: $1,100 PER PERSON
Scheduled from 9am-5pm, billed at a flat $275/hour.
8 hours max
Price: $2,200.00 total. All hours after 8 hours are billed at $275 per hour and divided equally by the parties. Can be split across multiple sessions.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once a mediation has been scheduled, notification of cancellation must be received within five (5) business days prior to the date of mediation. Cancellation of the mediation by either party for any reason in less than five (5) business days prior to the mediation date is subject to a cancellation fee of $75 per party for a half-day mediation and $100 per party for a full-day mediation. I cannot offer refunds for cancellations within 24 hours; but, I will allow you a credit towards a future session.
